Ask for the batch record and the collection region. We log region and season against every batch because we buy from collector communities directly rather than through an export house, and we purify it ourselves. A supplier who can only name a country is telling you they bought it from someone who bought it from someone else.
Above 75%, measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and stated on the Certificate of Analysis for every batch — we release against that figure rather than quoting a typical value, and we supply the method so your own laboratory can reproduce it.
